Refilling an existing order?

If you are refilling an existing order from us, you can log in to your account and place your order online.

Order online

Step 1
Register with us or log in to your existing account

Step 2
Find the medicine you need: strength, quantity, brand or generic.

Step 3
Add each medicine required then click on the shopping cart on the top right of the page.

Step 4
For new customers, send a picture of your prescription or prescription label OR complete the online form available for certain medicination (you will see a link to a form in the description of those items)

Step 5
Call us or allow us to call you to confirm your order and take your billing information over the phone or you may provide this via our fully encrypted LiveChat.

Simply click on our LiveChat or call us and tell us what medicine you require.

Step 2
Allow us to enter you into our system by asking you the required health questions and billing information.

Step 3
Provide us with a copy of your prescription or picture of your prescription label via LiveChat, email OR complete the online questionnaire available for certain clases of medicine (ED, anti-vax, antibiotic etc)

Step 4
We will confirm your order by email so please check your spam filter.
