Actemra is a concentrated solution for IV infusion that is sterile, clear to opalescent, and colorless to pale yellow solution.

Actemra is indicated for treating moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in adult patients.

Actemra is indicated for treating patients aged 2 years and older with active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (PJIA).
