Kevzara

Each prefilled syringe contains 150 mg sarilumab in 1.14 ml solution (131.6 mg/ml).

Each prefilled syringe contains 200 mg sarilumab in 1.14 ml solution (175 mg/ml).

The UK medicines are the same dose as the US medicines.  The difference is simply in the labeling requirement for the UK product.  

Kevzara (sarilumab) is taken by adults on its own or in combination with methotrexate for the treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis.  Kevzara is used by patients who have not responded adequately (or are intolerant) to conventional medicines for rheumatoid arthritis.

Kevzara (sarilumab) is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor. It is used primarily in the treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adults.
