Allegra, whose active ingredient is fexofenadine, is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies (hay fever) such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes, and itching of the throat or nose. ALLEGRA is indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in adults and children 2 years of age and older.
