Information about Singulair Granules (Montelukast)

Singulair granules are a formulation of montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, used to treat and prevent symptoms related to asthma and allergies. The granules are specifically designed for easy administration in young children or individuals who may have difficulty swallowing tablets. Montelukast works by blocking leukotrienes, chemicals in the body that contribute to inflammation, constriction, and swelling in the airways, thereby helping to prevent asthma attacks and alleviate allergy symptoms.
